Kelloggs: Colour Me In Challenge #colouremeinRK.
Kelloggs Rice krispies is one of my kids favourite breakfast cereal. I was delighted to get a free box of cereal with a colour pack from Britmums . My four year old did the most of the colouring and she had fun colouring the bowls and the other three excited kids which she named Tyra, Cid and Tega...lol.

Did the Duchess of Cambridge actually pose for a photo shoot? Until i read this through. Her face was bought from a photo shop and a models body was used instead of hers...Not sure how Clarence House and House of Windsor / Royal Family will say to this.... read on then.

Every magazine out there probably wants the Duchess of Cambridge as it's cover star, but it'd be virtually impossible for Kate to star on the cover of a glossy mag, so Marie Claire South Africa have decided to photoshop the Duchess onto its front cover.
The upcoming August issue shows 'Kate' posing on the front cover, but actually its a photoshopped image using the body of a model and Kate's head.

The model is wearing a South African ensemble by designer Cliver Rundle, and the magazine's editor Aspasia has reportedly said that it's a tribute to Kate's life as "a modern-day princess" that has inspired them to make her their cover girl.
"We were so inspired by her fairytale wedding and her life as a modern-day princess, which is why we elected Kate Middleton as our cover star for the August issue. The cover is actually a hyper-real illustration of Kate."
She also added: "We have honoured her with a fan-art tribute, dressing her up in clothes by South African designers and placing her in all sorts of fun, everyday situations."
Along with the 'image of Kate' on the cover, the headline reads: "Fashion's new royal icon wears SA's best local designers*", before adding in small print: "*Of course she doesn't. But she should."

Lately , Avocados have been part of my diet. Every now and then am cutting one open and eating it. I know avocados has got lots of oil in them but i have never really checked how many calories avocados got. This is what i found when i researched.

Even though there are a lot of calories in avocados, they will not harm your diet. Actually, they are quite beneficial. They contain a large supply of healthy fats that your body actually needs. For some reason calories and fats are frowned upon, and most think the less they consume the better off they will be.
So How Many Calories Are in an Avocado?
A serving is 1/2 of an avocado and contains about 153 calories. One medium sized avocado contains roughly about 306 calories, and one large avocado contains about 322 calories.
Ninety-one percent of those calories come from fat. But don’t let that scare you into not eating avocados–a whopping 63 percent of those fat calories come from monounsaturated fats, and 20 percent come from polyunsaturated fats. These aregood fats which your body needs, and they will help to lower your bad cholesterol levels and keep your heart healthy.
Even though avocados contain a lot of calories, they also contain a lot of vitamins and minerals which will fill you up fast and keep you feeling full. You are better off to eat them rather than other foods with fewer calories because they will help you to reduce your cravings and calories for non-diet friendly foods in the long-run.
