Going through winter days and night can be tough. Especially as you have to go to work in the dark and and come back in the dark. Lack of daylight can affect our moods , and the freezing cold can affect our skin, bones, hair and generally make us significantly worse than we would on a bright summer day.
However, there are things you can do to beat the winter blues. Read on for top 20 ways to make yourself feel amazing this winter.

  Winter is a time we are prone to catching colds and flu, it is wise to ensure you eat balanced diet and lots of fruit and vegetables.

 Being active is the key to beating the cold. You can think about taking up a sport.
                                                                                                                    
Revamp your look 
 Change your look, you can let your hair grow or you can cut it. Change your wardrobe, dig up old winter clothing  or go shopping for new clothing.
