Long luscious eyelashes are very popular these days, you see it everywhere you go. From glossy fashion magazines to the Red Carpet events to Reality TV.
Supermodels like Twiggy and reality TV star Kim Kardashian have gone to extreme length to enhance their eyelashes. Eyelashes are like universal sign of beauty. If mother nature did not bless you with long lashes, now you can get help. My Daughter is one of those blessed with extremely long eyelashes, i envy her. At just 3 years and half i get people asking me if her lashes are real.
More and more people are seeking ways to enhance their eyelashes. Today, cosmetics companies are trying to bring out the best product to help eyelashes get very long and curly.
In stores there are lots of products that condition and strengthens eyelashes , mascaras that promise to volumize and thicken lashes, and disposable lashes that can be glued on for elegant and bolder look. There is even a medicine called Latisse. Latisse is an eyelash medicine that you apply to the eyelash skin and it increases the growth phase of the eyelashes. Women who use it acquire fuller and longer lashes. It is the first and only FDA- approved eyelash growth product.
But for women who want long- term eyelash extension without the pain of daily care, there is an alternative; eyelash extensions.
They are the lastest trends to hit Hollywood and day spas. The thing great about it is that you can swim, sauna shower with them, and they look like you are fully made up. You don't need an eyeliner or even a mascara. The eyelash extensions are applied individually to each eyelash in an initial application, and need to be refreshed every two or three weeks for maintenance. An eyelash extension stylist , helps guide wearers to select the right look, lenght and thickness of their individual face.
The initial cost of a full set is about $200. Maintenance cost around $75 each. That's about $1500 for a year. The women who wear it says it is worth every penny. To me i think it's worth giving a try. What do you think?

I'm a new follower. I would love longer, fuller lashes- but do not have the money to shell out. I try all different mascaras- but none of them do much for me. If I had the money- I might give this a try. :)
